Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of tea as a food product and the subjective experience of taste and aroma, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped.

Order changes and cancellations Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have entered the shipping process. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at support@brooktea.com — we will do our best to accommodate if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 14 days of delivery at support@brooktea.com with photos of the package and product. We will review your case and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-delivery If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days or the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at support@brooktea.com and we will work with you on a resolution.
