All orders are shipped directly from our tea origins in Yunnan, China.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders $49 and above

Estimated Delivery Time 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Method All packages are shipped from Yunnan, China via international postal or express service with end-to-end tracking.

Customs & Import Duties All shipments are sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at support@brooktea.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Order Modifications Once an order has been shipped, no modifications can be made to the shipping address or order contents.
