- Rinse: 1 quick rinse (5 seconds), discard the water
- First 3 steeps: 10–15 seconds each
- 4th–8th steep: Add 5–10 seconds each round

Simple Mug Brew
Drop 1 mini cake into your mug. Add hot water (90°C / 195°F) and let it steep for 2–3 minutes. Steep and refill as desired — no special equipment needed.
How to Store
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Keep the cakes in their original wrappers or transfer to a breathable kraft paper bag. Raw pu-erh ages beautifully — properly stored cakes from 2023 will continue to develop complexity over the coming years. Never use plastic containers or refrigerators, which trap moisture and odors that can compromise the tea's character.
